1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order for free before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can return the item after delivery. Email support@kiddocraftkingdom.com with your order number to cancel.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (Pay in 4), and Afterpay.
3. Do you charge taxes?
Yes, applicable GST/HST/PST will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Please contact us immediately. KiddoCraft Kingdom is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses if not reported before shipment.

Yes! Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
14. How do I return an item?
Email support@kiddocraftkingdom.com for return instructions. Do not send items directly to our warehouse without instructions.
15. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Exchanges for a different size, colour, or product are accepted within 30 days of delivery and must meet the return conditions.
16. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the return is due to a KiddoCraft Kingdom error (wrong or defective item).
17. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the return is received and inspected (up to 10 days depending on your bank).
18. Can I get a store credit instead of a refund?
Yes! You can choose store credit for the full purchase amount instead of a refund.
19. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact support@kiddocraftkingdom.com immediately with your order number, photos, and a short description. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
