At KiddoCraft Kingdom, we’re passionate about creating high-quality, thoughtfully designed toys for your little ones. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.

Please take a moment to review our policy below before reaching out — we’re always happy to help.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your package is damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@kiddocraftkingdom.com.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, refund, or another solution to make things right.


🔄 Returns

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@kiddocraftkingdom.com.

✅ To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in perfect, resalable condition

❗ Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Do not send returns directly to our warehouse. Please wait for our team to send return instructions — unsolicited packages may be lost.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet the above conditions. Non-compliant items may be returned to you at your expense or donated to a local charity.


💳 Refund Options

Once your return is approved and received, you can choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit for the full purchase amount

Refunds are processed promptly and typically appear in your account within 1–3 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

❗ Orders paid with Afterpay or Klarna:

Afterpay and Klarna charge a 7% processing fee at checkout (covered by us).
This fee is non-refundable by the payment provider for cancelled or returned orders.

However, if you choose store credit, you’ll receive the full original amount with no fee deducted.


Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free before it ships by emailing us at support@kiddocraftkingdom.com.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit — your choice.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can return it once received following our Return Policy above.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to help!

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must meet the same return conditions (unopened, unused, in original packaging).

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping, and any price difference must be paid before we ship your new item.
